The UML below has been designed by Jaillot, Servigne, Gesquière (University of Lyon / LIRIS) in July 2018 for a paper submitted in September 2018 (currently under revision). After discussions with IGN, it resulted in the one you posted above. We propose to provide our initial proposal which is for us more consistent with the modifications induced by the OGC Community standard v1.0 Candidate comment phase (and associated recent pull requests).
This UML is only a starting point as it still lacks the representation of a tile's content, of the different formats (b3dm, pnts, etc.) and of extensions and extras.
