There's a chance this was fixed by CesiumGS/cesium-native#134. We should confirm.

@kring I just tried this again with master and the issue still exists. Depending on the specifics of your Ion UI implementation though, we might be able to make this situation extremely rare from a user perspective (if we always ensure there's never more than one raster overlay on a tileset when using the Ion UI). They will still be able to "manually" add too many by entering the asset ids / token in "add component".
