Known bugs/issues:

• SCP's speaking in prox chat can also be heard in SCP chat at the same time
• SCP's speaking in prox chat may sound robotic or lose mic quality if their connection is poor

How to use: Simply assign which SCP's you want to speak in prox chat through the config!

When a player gets an applicable SCP, they need to press their NoClip keybind to toggle speaking in prox chat.
