If an application's url already has ?some=args on it then we won't combine them as we should. This is mostly just because I'm using stupid urllib2 instead of a smarter library.

It should be possible to write twiml callbacks that do things like read digits from command line and follow s and actions.

Right now it says urllib2; maybe it should look more like the one Twilio actually uses.

It's a pain to type all of the --authtoken and --accountsid and other stuff into the command line. There should be a configparser ini file that specifies some defaults for the user.
