Simple file-type support

Consider rerouting the code - currently goes through PackFileTreeViewNode clicked -> MainViewModel FileOpen -> EditorCreator -> PackFileService, and along the way the context of the file is dropped and has to get picked up again. Keeping info about the packfilecontainer along the journey will be easier.

• headers for the different sections
• ability to resize the two sections vertically
• move filters to the bottom of the sections
• buttons on top of the sections - save for opened file, expand/collapse, "open pack as reference" for reference files
• change "EditablePack"

only have one editable pack opened at a time, put the reference vanilla files in a different tab

Vanilla Ref's in a second treeview in the same "window" as the existing treeview; split into two halves.
