This folder contains the work for Breast Cancer classifcation project. The goal of the machine learning model is to be able to diffrentiate between malignant and benign tumors based on the tumor shape and its geometry. The data was extracted from Kaggle:

1. Data

   This folder contains the excel file cancer classification data of the downloaded dataset.

2. Code

   This folder has cancer classification code file which is a jupyter notebook containing all the code for the project.

3. Reports

   This folder includes all the reports describing the findings and their summaries. The reports include:

   • Milestone Report

     Interim report containing summaries of the data wrangling, data story and statistical analysis techniques used.

   • Final Report

     Report containing data wrangling, exploratory data analysis, and machine learning explanation for the project.

   • Presentation

     Powerpoint Presentation containing complete summary and findings for the project.
