convert_source_path and convert_destination_path are not working

Currently the convert_source_path and convert_destination_path are not used 
correctly. I will try to fix this as soon as posible

File paths with spaces

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In the config file set file path with spaces for convert action (c:\Program 
Files)

and/or

2. Run the tool from a path with spaces in the file name (c:\My Projects\Test)


What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Tool does not work in case of 1) it said that it could not find "C:\program" in 
case of 2) it shows files but does not output to disk.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 8 6.2 build 9200, Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 
1.7.0_45-b18)Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 24.45-b08, mixed mode, sharing)


Please provide any additional information below.
As a workaround i moved everything to c:\test and installed image magic to the 
same directory. Everything worked ok then
