The link to chaosplatform.org in the README is currently pointing to what might be the right URL, but that URL is currently pointing to nowhere. We should either correct the DNS for the chaosplatform.org (to the same place as chaostoolkit.org?) or reset the README link?

At a high level, I see this being made up of two parts:

• Being able to schedule and run an experiment, or set of experiments, in a randomized way.
• Being able to specify that particular actions within an experiment's method are to be executed in a random way, potentially within some specified constraints.

The first option is more of a scheduling/timing randomization. The second is more about introducing random effects within specified constraints (such as dropping services across a set in a random way). Both may be valuable, very interested to hear which aspects are most of interest (or other aspects) to the community.

Is the space in this URL mapping right?
