I am working with a codebase that is using Elm 0.19.0. I tried compiling this for 0.19.0 and it works just fine, so I don't think there is any reason to restrict the package range to >= 0.19.1?

Hey there,

You have an example app for pheonix, and a lot of code for elm, but I don't understand how to implement the elm code client side.

Maybe I am not familiar enough with js but if you are importing js aren't you using node or something else? What is my index.html supposed to look like to get the elm app working?
