Warning when building (deprecation of 'pygments')

The following warning is shown when building a site with the current version:

Deprecation: The 'pygments' configuration option has been renamed to 'highlighter'. Please update your config file accordingly. The allowed values are 'rouge', 'pygments' or null.

index.md

I think the index.md should be in the root directory, not the _include directory. It'd be more intutive and better seperate content from presentation.

Thank you very much for your simple theme! I know you explicitly say that this theme only supports one single md file. However, I am wondering what I have to modify in order to add support for a second md file.

I use your theme to display my index.md. I created a duplicate of that file and named it rss.md. It uses the same default layout. But as you can see, it does not display the content properly.

first line of highlight starts with space

I love your theme and want to use it for an R package that I have designed. The page I am using is this one:

as you can see, in both cases the first line of the highlight block in indented with one space. Is there any way to remove this? I use the exact same code in a jekyll blog post (poole theme) and it does not have this issue, see: http://qua.st/ggvis-shiny-html5-slides/.

Lastly, is there any way to change the font size of the highlighting? my lines are just a little bit to long as you can. not an issue, just a question.

Solo is a great theme for single pages. I forked and made a few changes that I need. If you feel that these changes are good enough for a pull request, let me know.
