So I went back and pulled a clean version to start from scratch
(Windows 10 x64)
Same error 23, diagnosed it down to a pathing issue again. Attempting to add file path to resolve:
app.system('python ' + filePath + '/scripts/get_card_info.py "' + cardName + '" & pause');
Success?!?
Nope, ran into another error. Probably unrelated. Was able to create lands without issue, but not creature

Workaround for Error 8800, edit excess functions and throw everything after the TODO into a trycatch (cause I'm lazy). #4
