Add Docker Hub authentication

Docker Hub has moved to a mechanism where it is sometimes required to authenticate to Docker Hub, in order to pull images.

While we are unlikely to hit this limit, there is nothing stopping us from providing this authentication, in case we need it.

The necessary work would be similar to what is done in this commit:

Move slides to another medium

Unfortunately, GitPitch is closing down:

So we will need to move the slides contained within this repository to another medium.

This needs to be done before March 1st 2021.
