Dos not initialize todo.txt file if not exist

Out of the box, the project seem not working

$ ./build/linux64/todo ls
No items to do!
$ ./build/linux64/todo add "first"
Added "first" to todo.txt on line #1.
$ ./build/linux64/todo add "second"
Added "second" to todo.txt on line #1.
$ ./build/linux64/todo ls
No items to do!
$ ls todo.txt
ls: impossible d'accéder à 'todo.txt': Aucun fichier ou dossier de ce type

But since a create a todo.txt file, everything works fine

$ touch todo.txt
$ ./build/linux64/todo add "first"
Added "first" to todo.txt on line #1.
$ ./build/linux64/todo add "second"
Added "second" to todo.txt on line #2.
$ ./build/linux64/todo ls
 2: second
 1: first

Is it possible to create file if not exists?
