Realizing this is a WIP, here's a field report but perhaps it's PEBKAC.

Build procedure

1. Set team to current developer in all products.
2. Renamed bundle id in workspace and code so it's signable and deconflicts in all products.
3. Followed .travis.yml for build.

Run procedure

1. Run app from Xcode
2. Start Tor
3. Wait for Tor and Prosody to start, and valid onion address
4. Launch IAS ChatSecure iOS app
5. Create new account
6. Nickname foo
7. Server Custom (onion address from 3.)
8. Show Advanced Options (Enabled)
9. Customize Username (Enabled), foo@(onion address from 3.)
10. Generate Secure Password (Enabled)
11. Enable Tor (Enabled)

This ticket to split the project chatsecure-mac into a "build container" for MacOS/Tor integrated app, enabling other application to leverage the effort that's being put in place to make a Server Application to be easily deployed on Mac OS X with Tor integrated.

Most of that complexity and effort is "generic" and not specific to "chatsecure-mac" and would really benefit other application that would like to follow the same approach, shipping a secure/anonymous server-app as a easy-to-be-deployed MacOS X desktop app.

For example GlobaLeaks would be interested in following that kind of approach, but probably others :-)
