Thanks for this great GA plugin!
I got two questions:

1. I am having multiple "Pageview End" Events in my reports like "Pageview End (2)" (3), (4) and so on. Any idea how´s that? Maybe multiple opened tabs by the user?

2. How do I create a report for page + scrolldepth, like you wanted to achieve at the beginning of your article here: https://serps.com/blog/building-a-better-scroll-depth-tracking-plugin-google-analytics/?utm_source=github&utm_medium=readme&utm_campaign=GitHub%20Public%20Repos

I published this to npm so I could avoid using the git+hash in my dependency tree. I did not touch the package.json or license, etc. I'm happy to unpublish or hand over control of the package as needed.
