Timeout when retrieving rows

Vercel has a 10s timeout for requests on free plan:
https://vercel.com/docs/platform/limits

Need to either change hosting options or find way to batch queries

Add CD (Vercel)

Working well to deploy manually to vercel, however as the files are sent direct from dist automated deploy fails as the folder is not built.

Possible workarounds:

1. Keep current system and add https://github.com/marketplace/actions/vercel-action to trigger deploy from github
2. Refactor the app to have a top-level api folder which can be picked up by vercel as part of their newer zero-config way of doing things (might have to also change the API to fit the form for serverless functions better)
3. Wait for zero-config to better support monorepos (see https://github.com/zeit/now/issues/3547)

Display error when logging in with invalid credentials

Form doesn't retain autocomplete info

Likely due to fact no nav events happen after form submit. Possible fix would be to remove form after successful login.

Handle export and display of tables without rows

Currently tables without rows return completely blank, ideally should refactor to populate the row header fields from definitions instead, and just display/export header row (useful as a base csv to test manual data upload also)
