A build script should be created to do the following:

• Build for debug and release modes
• Run all tests
• Compress css/JS (likely covered by building in release, but make sure)

It should ensure that all code belongs to Headspring Labs, but we do accept and encourage pull requests, issues and discussion.

Deployments will be based off a defined branch. This branch should only be pushed to when a deployment should take place. This means that all new code will be targeted for a dev branch or similar. This should be defined in a contributing.md file at the root of the project.

Unfortunately the project was created with jQuery pre-loaded, but isn't being used. Clean this up by removing files and references (packages.config, etc).
