Whenever the updates on the update server are triggered they should be parallelized for every IBAN and BIC. This can be implemented by just adding go to the function call for running the updates within the UpdateWorker

Caching the fileIDs for the accountInfos on every request would reduce load on the filer.
Requests for the same accountInfo would go directly to the Volume server instead to the filer which redirects the request.

Created accounts and transaction successfully
