Hardware

• SparkFun RedBoard - Programmed with Arduino
• SparkFun Qwiic Shield for Arduino
• SparkFun Spectral Sensor Breakout - AS7262 Visible (Qwiic)

Communication

The connection between the RedBoard and the graphical user interface is realized via virtual COM drivers from FTDI. The communication is implemented through a custom serial port handshake, i.e. the RedBoard will not record or transmit new data before the previous transmission has been confirmed by the graphical user interface.

Create GUI

Hello,
I am a very beginner in Arduino programming and decided to go for the AS7262 as my
first sensor. Such I found your repository on GitHub.

Could you please write a short description how to make the code run.

I expect that I have to uploade the *.ino file to the Arduino (Sparkfun Blackboard in my case)
But what to do with the *.pde file?
And what about the " virtual COM drivers from FTDI".
