evaluate the license

Initially I thought this should be a CC license, since it's not going to be compile-able or executable code. But then I picked Affero because if these artifacts are the code to be executed by an organization (as opposed to a machine) then I want to make sure that anyone who uses the code to "run" their business also shares their changes publicly at runtime.
I realize this might be an impediment for adopting organizations, and it will be even less obvious/auditable than AGPL violations by online services, because who could possibly know if a brick-and-mortar organization has forked a "business framework" -- it's not going to be obvious to their customers, partners, or competitors in the same way that a fork of a popular web-based service would be.
Something to continue to think about down the road.
