Using ClassList presently, need to write a polyfill for toggle and contains

I need an effective grading system to be designed for the project. Grading components based on different important aspects such as: Keyboard accessibility, screen reader, desktop evergreen browser support, legacy browser support, contrast. The difficult thing is deciding what is the top rating for each of these facets. For example: what is the pinnacle of keyboard accessibility? Is it that there is keyboard control at all? or that the keyboard control makes sense?

Need to completely replace this element, it's not accessible and doesn't work properly on Android devices

On small screens in general it's not properly optimized for each component, the checkbox options in particular need to be better optimized

Refactor whole project to BEM.

Using a text input which is progressively enhanced to have selectable elements. Rather than just trying to hack the select box like this current solution does.

A basic script to detect high contrast mode

Keyboard control issue: Because of the way + and - has been written it doesn't take into account vertical vs horizontal for up/down keyboard control.

Need each component to exist on its own, need to refactor to reflect this.
