SpeedLock 1 - support

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set emulation to Spectrum 48K
2. Load a SpeedLock 1 game, for example, HighwayEncounter.tzx.zip   from 
http://www.worldofspectrum.org/infoseekid.cgi?id=0002323

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Starts to load, but loading screen never comes up.

Pass Z80 Instruction Exerciser Test

There are a good Z80 test: http://mdfs.net/Software/Z80/Exerciser/

ZX4ALL must pass Spectrum test zxall.z80.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Write a ZX4ALL with 2 Z80 cores (YAZE?) for comparing.
2. Pass ZXALL.Z80 test with 2 Z80 cores and output any change when running.
3. Fix all errors.
