Move alignment stuff to the Align tab about millstone

I think its still fine to call it align, since the majority of the work is
aligning reads. We could also call it 'align and call' or 'process' or
'pipeline', but I think align is probably fine. We can keep thinking about
it.

Fixed in e1c40bf.

Except for AlignmentGroups which are still in Data. We need to think about where this should eventually be.
