Koan Module Request: OOM Out Of Memory

What feature or concept is to be taught?
With this module, I aim to teach: How to correctly identify an OOM error or exit code 137. This may include requesting for existing employees to identify the total memory usage via graylog as an additional goal.

Provide a link to the documentation on this feature or concept.

Koan Module Request: Test summary file too large.

What feature or concept is to be taught?
With this module, I aim to teach: For employees only. This module will ask users to find out why a test summary file is failing to upload by searching via Graylog. The test summary service has a file size limit that will be reported internally when hit.

Internal.

Koans are currently ordered by difficulty. What module would come after?
This request will need to be behind other current requests. This is the most challenging Koan at the time of writing this.

Koan Module 07: Test Summary (Question/Feedback)

In koan 07, in the config, there is this line:

# Add below this line, do not modify above

But the name argument is invalid for build-tools/test-results step.

I'll submit pr, but not sure what the intent here is.

Also, the referenced orb is older - this orb seems to be at 3.0 now - I can't find the referenced one (2.2.0) in https://github.com/circleci-public/build-tools-orb tags.

Also not clear: is test summary tab still a thing in the UI?

I'll just work by bumping it up to 3.0 in my koan.
