Lein capsule shouldn't run in the context of the user profile

lein-capsule uses the effective project.clj instead of the literal project.clj to do it's thing. Among other things, this causes every dependency defined in profiles.clj to be included in the capsule.

The quick fix, on the commandline, is to invoke lein with a specific profile.

lein capsule fails with FileNotFoundException

Compilation failed: Subprocess failed

:modes configuration seems to be required for fat capsules

Thanks so much for making this plugin. I ran into one odd issue- just adding basic configuration for a :fat capsule didn't include the clojure jar (or most other dependencies) in the generated capsule. I had to add a :modes entry with at least a single mode- copied from the sample project- to correctly create a fat capsule.

Creating a fat capsule works fine with a :modes entry.

To replicate, comment out the :modes entry in the test sample.
