Error: 'civo/cli:latest' should be either '[path]/Dockerfile' or 'docker://image[:tag]'.

core needs to be updated to v.1.2.6

github workflow gives the following error:

Unable to process command '::add-path::/opt/hostedtoolcache/civo/0.6.46/x64' successfully.

The `add-path` command is disabled. Please upgrade to using Environment Files or opt into unsecure command execution by setting the `ACTIONS_ALLOW_UNSECURE_COMMANDS` environment variable to `true`. Reading the github blog, it seems like the core version needs to be upgraded to v.1.2.6 in package.json:
"@actions/core": "^1.2.4", => "@actions/core": "^1.2.6",
for add-path to work successfully.
