Usage

(There’re only plently of information available here, but I’ll add them later.

Put audio file at workdir/test-rec.wav and run make run

make run

Generated file will be placed at workdir/converted.wav

Why I’m making this

I couldn’t find any voice changer that fulfill:

  • open source
  • Available on Linux
  • Can run without GUI

What this aims at

  • Simple, but extensible
  • Open sourced voice changer
  • CLI based executable
  • GNU/Linux first

What this doesn’t aim at

  • Easy-to-use app for computer beginners.
  • The best voice changer in the world
    • This is my experimental project, and I don’t have any deep knowledge about sounds and systems.

Currently not planned, but maybe/may not be

  • Cross-Platform support
    • I only have GNU/Linux and macOS, so there’s no way to test other platforms.
    • I hope it will work on other platforms, but I’m not paying attention to it so much.
  • GUI based app
    • CLI app should work fine,
