For the Alpha release we need to be able to support adding courses manually.

When the user clicks the next hole button the players need to be reorder from who got the best score on the last hole to who had the worse score.

If enough names are added they won't be visible because they're just in a Linear Layout and not a scroll view.

Currently the user can traverse through all the holes but can't see a summary.

All static strings need to be added to string resource file.

Currently nothing is persistent because nothing is being saved in the database. Someone needs to do research on how to use the built-in database.
