The distribution/ltp/lite/metadata file has a test time of 300 minutes, but the Makefile says the test time is 180 minutes. The restraint harness prefers the metadata file if it exists, so the Makefile should be updated to also have a 300 minute test time.

As per discussion with Vector Li, this repo only contains kernel tests, and he suggest me to rename my ftrace and bpf tests to avoid the useless folder structure kernel. I'll do this with a PR after I tested it.
