PCA masked patch prediction baseline
Before we can really iterate on the model, we need some naive baselines to compare with.
One baseline that might make sense is PCA masked patch prediction. The idea is to fit PCA to the fMRI activity in NSD-Flat and then evaluate reconstruction performance on a held out set of activity maps with masked patches.
