Add GeoNames username to config when provided

Users are always prompted for their GeoNames usernames when using the location parser functionality. This should instead function like the existing config entry for the GH token.

Alternative to CLI

Currently users can only extract contrib data through the cli. While helpful, more advanced users should be able to automate the process by using a single command.
