The code for installing (and removing) the apps into the Android device should be reviewed and tested.

For every adb command, there should be the possibility to specify an optional timeout, and an error should be raised if the command takes too long to complete. The timeout implementation should be OS agnostic.

The code for copying the files to/from the Android device should be reviewed and tested.
