Where exactly is this item located in your save? I can find it in the files, but it is not present in the character's immediate surroundings.
The item should have a migration, but I see that even after loading and resaving the game it remains. Seems we aren't migrating nanofab recipes. {"NANOFAB_ITEM_ID":"power_armor_helmet_heavy"}

I’ll explain now: I think the save was made at -2z in the mine, you need to go up to 0z there will be a transport 3 tiles wide, in the tile in front of the driver’s seat there will be a transport rack, in the no there will be a suitcase with 1000+ items there it lies
