In order to show cloud.gov customers how to provide brokered Azure services to their cloud.gov applications, this repository should include an example of setting up the Open Service Broker for Azure in Cloud Foundry.

Acceptance Criteria:

• WHEN I look at https://github.com/18F/cf-byo-broker
  THEN I see an "azure-service-broker" directory
  AND the directory has a detailed README.md describing how to get OSBA up and running in Cloud Foundry
  AND the instructions include use Terraform to minimize steps and maximize automation
  AND the directory includes a ci directory with scripts for verifying the process as described works
