Number of seats?

We heard 5 and 7 as proposal.

Term for elected members?
Election cycles (overlapping?)

Didn't we agree on one year being too short and that we want overlapping cycles? We should probably then just go with the knative answers to this?

Limits on number of seats filled with employees from same organization?

With 5 seats we should have a cap with two seats. With 7 I'd say we have a choice between 2 and 3 as a cap. I'd argue to stick to 2 in particular if we'll have end user seats. That way no vendor will have a majority of contributor seats.

End user seats?

I like the idea of end users being given a voice. Not sure if we want to give them a vote though.
What about we start with 5 contributor seats and have the TOC decide on proposing to the board to add end user representation to the TOC?

To the point @loewenstein makes above, I have created #21 and labeled it with "icebox" for future consideration once the TOC is formed.
