There are constants in the scheduler that informs the region, topic pubsub and job prefix. Can we transform them into environment variables or flags to make them configurable?

I am currently applying a backup schedule and do not want to use the fixed settings of this repository. I believe that environment variables or flags can meet our needs and expand backups to other services that use spanner in our company.
