Description of feature
A python tool that when run will create a markdown file in each directory indexing the files in the directory and the header of each file. The idea is that these files can then be used to quickly index the loadouts and find out which version they are and more meta information about them.

For configuration a file could also be made where contributors can register keywords that can be used to create a better description of a file based on the file name. e.g. the keyword GER could equate to Germany or the keyword ColdWar equating to 1945 - 1991.

Description

Most of the loadouts may not be compatable with the current Cluster Community modpack version.

Currently the only way to check is very tedious and time consuming because every loadout and classname needs to be manually checked. The workaround for this issue, in the future, will be a tool to have it automatically checked.

Additional Context

When a file is updated, a parameter in the naming format should be added.

With CC Modpack advancing to v6 only one minor mod was added and none removed, therefore all files compatible with v5 are compatible with v6. Only names, headers and documentation need to be changed.
