windows/nanoserver parent not being resolved

I can't get this image to build after purging docker anymore.

After reading the docs it appears that they don't support the :latest tag
https://registry.hub.docker.com/_/microsoft-windows-nanoserver?tab=description.

If I try to pull the last tag :2004 I get a no matching manifest response so I guess :1903 might be the one we're looking for.
Could you please update the dockerfile to have a set version and push that to the container registry?

I guess I previously pulled this image before 06/09/2020 17:02:19 so I might have been on :1803, however I had to purge because of some system issues and now I see this.
