COB Sequence Section Destroyer (COB_SSD) allows the user to easily and quickly delete a selected sequence of files directly from within After Effects. It is most useful when having to delete only a section of an image sequence for re-render.

Check to make sure there aren't any debug $.writeln calls.
Show the user the range they are deleting as well as the image sequence they are deleting.
The progress window should be cleared before it is displayed.
This will allow the user to have a history of the sequences they've previously selected. It should be persistent throughout different sessions.
If the script skips over a preset amount of files, say 10,000, alert the user asking if they would like to continue. This will help with any accidental entry of huge ranges (0-100000000).
Check for all the characters that are illegal in the command line but allowed in the finder including foreign characters like accents and stuff.
The script should not allow you to delete if an image sequence is not selected.
Extra brackets are added to the image sequence file name in the gui when selecting a render queue item.
Decode the image sequence display name so it doesn't show %20, etc in the name in the UI.
Create a popup window with a scrollable text box for the help text to be placed in.
This is dangerous. Do not allow .aep files to be selected.
Grab the in and out points of the selected RQ item and set the section begin and end with those values.
The problem with the UI is it is not flexible to accommodate long file names.
Get rid of the debug window when selecting an image sequence.
