How we can send the object in public void send(String text) throws JMSException

I've a Object called InstructionMessage and it has following fields:

private int instructionType;
private int productCode;
private int quantity;
private int uOM;
private int timeStamp;

I would like to send the instruction object in with the priorities mentioned below and based on that I would like to take the decisions. How can I write public void send(InstructionMessage instructionMessage) throws JMSException methdod ?
