Some brushes should be different, like HyperlinkForegroundThemeBrush and HyperlinkPointerOverForegroundThemeBrush, but the only difference in the colours is the alpha channel, which we've completely discarded.

Alpha channels should be preserved in existing brushes, but still apply the same relative HSB conversion

HSLColour.cs doesn't handle the # in front of the string if it's there, should be removed if it exists just in case, rather than crashing. (Elegance and whatnot)

@aeoth mentioned that it is "correct", even for the config file, so is there a reason why it can't be detected and removed?
