[bug report] Incorrect resolution of image at login page

Recurrent:

1. Open https://vular.cn/admin-ui/#/login
2. Bring the resolution up to 4k

Solve:
I am solving at the time, Will push a PR later

[bug report] webpack build file has nothing

Recurrent:

1. npm run build
2. look at ./dist folder

Their are two files, build.js and build.js.map, I cannot push it on server.
Might we need have a production build model.

[feature request] for enable a-la-carte upgrade, webpack to v4

For vuetify a-la-carte https://vuetifyjs.com/customization/a-la-carte/ , we need upgrade webpack version to 4.x, now is 3.x.

solve:

1. upgrade all webapck version
2. type new VuetifyLoaderPlugin() in webpack.config.js
