Import 2015 Data to the database.

Make sure the API keeps up with features being added in.

The javascript to trigger ajax requests for new graphs is messy and needs to be cleaned up. If possible it should be moved to a more generic function and then run with changing variables for each graph instead of individual functions for each graph.

in _commercialchart.html.erb and _residentialchart.html.erb (and other pages) there is a fancy spinner used during graph loading, but the code for it is repetitive and messy. If possible it should fit into one div, or if not possible it should be its own partial for easy editing site-wide.

This is an issue with how the boro and township data is merged before it's injected into the graph, most likely an issue in the model code for reading.rb

The error details are below:

Charts on the /about page currently have a fixed height, which causes issues on smaller screens and/or phones

Its stock devise/bootstrap at the moment

Refactor css, moving things from style="" elements into proper classes, also use bootstrap for proper mobile scaling.

Should be moved to either the controller, or better, the model to cut down on the large amount of pure ruby sneaking its way into the html files.

Use heatmaping and/or other features to give map section some real value related to greengraphs goals.

To allow for block/street/area competitions and for better map graphing

Either redirect to history/usage, or show some nice baseline graphs here.

Instead of having to punch in the data manually

Currently it shows history, but gives no context and/or a way to view details.

The Maps section needs better geojson data. Currently it only has princeton and the university blocked out/graphed.

http://geojson.io makes this pretty easy and simple, just takes time.

The CI and Job should be publicly accessible and should be instigated upon commit to the SCM.
