No translation file found for domain

FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No translation file found for domain: 'unidump'

The problem is that my locale is: ca_ES.utf8 and in locales there is only de. The program could fallback to English if the locale is not found.

Meaning of the first column

The README says:

The command analyses the input and
prints then three columns: the raw byte count of the first codepoint in this
row […]

However, from the examples, and from the actual output, this doesn’t seem accurate.
