By including more tests, we increase the changes that students will understand what they need to do.
Plus, they will learn to evolve their code through tests

For each exercise, include a header with detailed descriptions on what the students are supposed to do.
With detailed description we decrease the change of ambiguity in the exercises.

es6.test.js has a line
require('./index')
and it should be
require('./es6')

the bug is on line 7, because of this the tests weren't working

Having only one test increases the changes of having bugs, which can be solved by writing more tests.

findNeedle has only one argument as in the find-needle.test.js we call it with two arguments

No sure why the exercises here are separate from the rest of the syllabus, but I think it would be good to have a single place to track exercises so merging this project into the js-exercises will make it easier for mentors and students.

Rename Exercise 04

This is to avoid confusion with the contents of the input array, which contains an element named needle.

First of all these are great exercises to learn testing with JEST.
So thanks for that!

##Possible Issue:
Assignment/exercise file for '08-???' seems to be missing?
My assumption is that async-test1.js suppose to be in '08-???'.
I am not sure about this, just wanted to point out we skip towards 09-Async-test.
