Continue button isn't responsive

Question: Directly open the Review section (edit mode use-case)

I couldn't figure out (or need pointers to) the ability to open the 'Review' mode for the pre-filled fields in edit mode. Pre-fill can easily be taken care of on the server side (I'm guessing) but direct 'review' mode is what I'm struggling with. I understand this is quite specific but any pointers or the starting points would be extremely helpful.

Is it possible to remove the dot navigation and just use back and forth?

Form post instead of get

I love this form control gui.. so dope...

I am trying to get the form to POST rather than GET each time..
I cannot seem to find an option to change this.
i have added type="post" and action="?something=true" to the form opening tag, but this is just not working.
Upon review, the form ALWAYS submits to GET and all the values get pushed to the URL>>>

PLEASE HELP?!>@?!>@! ;)
