Hi all!

Hope everyone is doing well in these rough times. It's been a bit more that a month now of us running Cadence (using this lib) in production with a good volume going through it. Everything seems to be running well so far with some minor nuisances that are being fixed as we uncover them.

I'm planning to publish the gem soon and wanted to get some (if any) early feedback on it to make sure there are no obvious issues that we haven't noticed.

Hi,
as you might already know, Cadence introduced gRPC support and plans to "support TChannel for a few more releases and then eventually drop it in a future.": https://cadenceworkflow.io/blog/2021/10/19/moving-to-grpc/. Do you have plans to support gRPC in this library?

Facing this error running prometheus locally, wondering if any ideas?
