The current version gets the block title from the block metadata.
If the title is not written as a header it's no rendered in the outliner.

Update the code to get the title from the first header in block, keeping parsing of the metadata.title when there is not a block header.
The block header should overwrite the metadata.title field

The plugin could use the elements tagged by markdown-it-data-blocks
to render autogenerated lists or tables using the blocks metadata as fields

Features needed:

• Rendering templates
• Rendering fields selection
• Sort by field
• Field aliases / titles
• Computed fields ? <- They could be coded on templates in the first version
