Well while my crashing issues are gone, I found another issue. Unsure if I should report it to you or Azanor but two things:
When you try and smelt a native cluster, it should smelt into two ingots. It smelts into one with your furnaces.
Secondly, if you try and put two different types of clusters in, the second ones put in will turn into the first type. i.e. put in a gold native cluster first, then an iron one, you end up with two gold clusters.

When I have this mod installed alongside NEI, NEI's useage button is extremely laggy, taking about 48 seconds to work. Also, on a server, just clicking any recipe in NEI crashes the client with no crash report as well as using the useage button.

When I remove Alt-F4 the problem is fixed.

Top slot of furnace not available for input

Does the experience crystal even work? If it does can i be told how it works or if it is a bug?

Tried to smelt Chaos Ore from Silent's gems, and as soon as I try to put it in the furnace this happens:

Also happens with Thaumcraft's native clusters.

Edit: Also trying to use alumentium from Thaumcraft broke things as well.
