Create .WAT file format for project data

A new WAT file format should be created due to the nature of RTF making it hard to save project data with JSON.

The format will have XML style tags saving data such as:

• Editor Text
• Project settings

Implement Notifications

Notifications will remind the user to complete unfinished work.

The time between each notification is based on the user's settings. The default time between each notification should be something around every 30 minutes (since the last time the user has used the app).

The notification will never tell the user the number of words they have left to do. Instead, it congratulates the user's progress they've made so far with percentages.

If the user has completed their target for the day, the next notification will be scheduled for the next day, around 6 am. This time, the notification will encourage the user to maintain the level of work or encourage them to work harder, depending on how they did on the previous day.

The form should perform changes when any of the values have changed.

Therefore, the Info Bar service will need to be updated with new values for the target of the day if the Target or Due Date settings values change.

Notifications will need to be updated if the Daily Target Reminder settings value changes.
